Foreign Experience OF Managing Assets AND Liabilities OF Commercial Banks

This study is devoted to the study of foreign experience of asset and liability management in commercial banks. Effective management of assets and liabilities is important in ensuring economic efficiency and financial stability of banks. In International practice, there are different models and approaches to managing bank assets and liabilities, which are related to the specific characteristics and economic conditions of the banking systems of different countries. According to the results of the research, recommendations are given for improving the asset and liability management processes of commercial banks using foreign experience. In particular, the need to diversify assets, ensure liquidity, introduce advanced methods of credit risk management, and implement approaches in line with International standards in bank capital management was emphasized.
