In recent years, the concept of Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) has gained significant attention due to the development of neural networks and deep learning technologies. The paper focuses on the advantages and applications of AIoT technology in various fields, application of AIoT technology in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to increase their autonomy. It also examines architectures, frameworks, and various control systems with recognition of both single and clusters of UAVs. A trajectory for future research and a concept for the development of unmanned aerial vehicles with artificial intelligence for implementation in the agricultural industry are formulated.
