Traffic congestion can be considered one of the most significant global challenges. As the world's population grows and more vehicles are produced, traffic jams are becoming increasingly frequent, particularly during rush hours when people commute to and from work. These traffic bottlenecks have evolved into a frustrating issue for both individuals and the environment. The primary cause of congestion is the interaction between vehicles. When an additional vehicle enters the traffic flow, it increases the travel time for other motorists. This situation also leads to various other problems, including air pollution, health concerns, excessive fuel consumption, noise pollution, and a higher risk of traffic accidents. This research proposes an effective method to alleviate traffic congestion, with the central concept being the equal and uniform distribution of traffic volume across the area.
