Stylistic Study of Similes in Uzbek And English Languages

This article is devoted to the stylistic analysis of comparisons (similitudes) in the Uzbek and English languages. Similitudes, being an integral part of metaphorical and figurative language, play a key role in giving expressiveness and emotional coloring to the text. In the course of the study, a comparative analysis of the use of models in two countries is carried out, the features of their structure, function and stylistic ingenuity are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the factorial and linguistic differences that affect the choice and perception of comparisons in twenty different genres of speech culture. The work analyzes examples of literary manifestations, means of colloquial speech and dissemination of information, which allows us to identify similarities and differences in the use of this stylistic device. The purpose of the study is an in-depth understanding of the features of languages and their features in the Uzbek and English languages, as well as expanding knowledge of interlingual and intercultural communication.
