Аннотация
In modern medicine, according to world statistics, a significant increase in the number of pregnant women with metabolic syndrom, as well as with disorders of carbohydrate metabolism, has been established. Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is one of the most common diseases during pregnancy, which is associated with a high risk of developing pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia, premature birth, hypoxia and fetal death, fetal macrosomia, leading to birth trauma to the mother and fetus. Despite the urgency of the problem, insulin resistance, which is the main factor in the formation of GDM, remains poorly understood to date.
