Use of AI-based text analysis tools to determine human emotional and social intelligence

In this study, we set the task of testing our methodology for assessing the emotional and social intelligence of a corporation's top manager, based on open sources. Namely, an automated analysis of the text was carried out using three chatbots based on artificial intelligence (ChatGPT, Gemini and GigaChat) and one specialized program for psychological analysis of text (LIWC). The results for each assessment parameter were compared with each other, as well as with the assessment of traditional psychological content analysis of the text (human, conducted by the authors).
