The Implementation of the Digital Multimedia in the Educational Process: Possibilities and Risks
Аннотация
The article considers the pedagogical grounds for the use of multimedia tools, forms and methods in the educational process. From the standpoint of the authors' systematization, a modern pedagogical view is presented on the problem of the expediency and effectiveness of multimedia tools in education, as well as possible risks and problems when using them in educational institutions. In turn, these new and fundamental demands of pedagogical practice stimulate a rethinking of the foundations of pedagogical science, its categorical apparatus, subject and methods. The transition of modern society to the information era of its development puts forward as one of the main objectives facing the education system, improving the quality of training of a future specialist in the field of restructuring the educational process for the use of information technologies. The process of improving the quality of information proficiency is unthinkable without the use of innovative information, communication and multimedia technologies in all forms of modern educational activities.
