This article explores the use of modern computer technologies, particularly TexGen software, for geometric modeling of double-layer woven textiles. The study emphasizes the relevance of such fabrics due to the increasing demands for thermal insulation, waterproof properties, and mechanical durability. Methods for digital model creation, numerical simulation using Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and comparative analysis with laboratory test results are provided. The findings demonstrate a strong correlation between simulation and experimental outcomes, confirming the effectiveness of digital modeling in the development of advanced textile materials.
