Creation of a hardware-software complex for the model and algorithms of a system that fast monitors the safety of objects with fire and explosion risks and supports decision-making. To solve the problem, systematic analysis, control theory, optimization methods, mathematical and computer modeling methods were used. Today, the volume of information transmitted, received and collected through the global network continues to be one of the pressing issues related to the intelligent analysis of large volumes of information, as well as the development of the necessary solutions and approaches. It is known that in the current period, the urgent need is the operational analysis of information received from the object and the development of algorithms and hardware and software systems that quickly respond to them. In developed countries of the world, much attention is paid to solving theoretical and practical issues in the areas of intellectual analysis of the use of spline functions when processing data received from devices and circuit solutions of hardware and software complexes. In particular, to create a system for continuous monitoring of objects with a high fire danger, it is important to develop and widely implement models, algorithms, and software systems that help assess, predict and make decisions on a fire situation based on artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
