A SYSTEM OF TECHNICAL TRAINING THAT TAKES INTO ACCOUNT FUNCTIONAL ASYMMETRICITY IN THE TRAINING OF YOUNG FOOTBALL PLAYERS

This study aims to identify functional asymmetry in young football players, assess its impact on the technical training process, and develop a system of technical training taking into account asymmetry. The results of the pedagogical experiment show that technical exercises tailored to individual asymmetry profiles significantly improve the players' ball control skills on both feet. The results of the study scientifically confirm the importance of an individual approach in the process of football training.
