Everything has changed with the introduction of IoT and other technologies. The implementation of remote and almost instant healthcare monitoring is now a reality. This research focuses on the design of an IoT based solution that combines remotely located sensors, facilitates their integration with processing units, and encodes health information to be transmitted over the Internet in a secure way. The work done allows an individual to draw essential conclusions on the improvement of patient care and systems of healthcare delivery.The ability of the system to function in the real world offers yet another challenge. Despite indicating reliability in controlled testing, additional studies are necessary to assess the system's abilities for prediction in chaotic situations.Testing has shown the user that he will easily get it implemented into his life which is essential if a health monitoring solution needs to be both an effective and sustainable tool within personal or professional lifetimes texts
