Аннотация

Traditional financial risk modelling methodologies frequently fail to capture complicated, nonlinear patterns in real-time data in the age of highfrequency trading and turbulent global markets. In order to improve forecast accuracy and responsiveness, this article investigates the incorporation of deep learning techniques into real-time financial risk modelling. We create models that can interpret large, dynamic financial datasets in real-time by utilising cutting-edge architectures like Transformer models, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks. Real-time trading signals, sentiment analysis from news and social media, and macroeconomic factors are added to previous market data to train these models. Significant gains in predicting accuracy and risk identification are seen when the study compares the performance of DL models to traditional risk models like Value at Risk (VaR) and Conditional Value at Risk (CVaR). We also discuss issues such managing noisy, non-stationary data, latency limitations, and model interpretability. The findings show that DL techniques can greatly improve the accuracy and promptness of risk forecasts, providing financial organisations with an effective instrument for proactive risk control. Deep learning may revolutionise real-time risk assessment and decision-making, as this study shows, adding to the expanding field of AI-driven finance. A realtime, adaptive deep learning-based financial risk modelling framework proposed in the proposed study has a fundamental contribution to the current state-of-the-art practices. In contrast to classical statistical or batch-trained machine learning models which assume fixed data and require time to inquire about it, this literature uses streaming deep learning models, namely the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), to perpetually learn on-the-fly based on real-time data streams in the market.
