Career Guidance System using Artificial Intelligence for Decision-Making based on the Interests of Adolescents

The application of artificial intelligence (AI) to career planning education has revolutionized the field of career counseling globally. This method gives students access to a broad spectrum of information, resources, and tools based on different professions. An AI chatbot's round-the-clock availability might help in the field of career counseling, which would benefit from more support. To offer the suitable and fair use of this innovation, it is necessary to test the ethical concerns and gaps in professional counseling for both humans and AI. Using Google Forms, we gathered information from several public and private universities in Nepal. The labels were normalized, and non-numeric labels were changed to numeric labels using Label Encoder. Getting clean, prepared data that will produce the most accurate results is the goal of pre- processing. Data is analyzed using machine learning algorithms using performance measures.
