Directions of implementation of the state scientific and technical policy in Russia

The article examines the documents regulating the management of the strategic development of the scientific and technical sphere in Russia, analyzes their content, achieved results, and indicators of development of the industry as a whole. The conclusion is made about the need for increased attention from the state to the human component of the potential of Russian science.
