Аннотация

To identify the dependence of the value of milk productivity on blood serum and saliva metabolites, cows of the black-andwhite breed of experimental production facilities “Solyanskoye” were studied. It was shown that cows with a large volume of milking had an increased alpha-amylase index in saliva or blood, which may be due to the lactation period or the “technological” stress state of cows due to machine milking.
