Аннотация

This chapter investigates the various industrial uses and commercialization prospects of multifunctional magnetic nanoparticles (MMNPs). It delves into their distinguishing properties, such as superparamagnetism, large surface area, and programmable surface chemistry, which make them appropriate for a wide range of applications. Nanoparticles (NPs) have changed many industries through their diverse applications. Multifunctional magnetic nanoparticles (MMNPs), in particular, have sparked widespread attention in recent years due to their potential in specialized fields such as medicine, wastewater treatment, cancer theranostics, biosensing, catalysis, agriculture, and environmental protection. The chapter also discusses the current challenges and future prospects of MMNPs.
