Аннотация

A two-dimensional allotrope of carbon, graphene, has attracted significant attention owing to its extraordinary structure and multifunctional properties. Its remarkable electronic, mechanical, thermal, and optical properties are based on its atomic structure, a one-layer hexagonal lattice of Sp2-bonded carbon atoms. Graphene has special electronic properties, such as high electron mobility and conductivity; therefore, it is a potential material for next-generation electronic and optoelectronic devices. Mechanically, graphene is very strong and versatile, offering flexibility, and its high thermal conductivity enables effective heat dissipation across different applications.
