The 'Zero Defect' Principle in Quality Assurance AT the Production Stages OF Textile Industry Enterprises"

This article studies the theoretical foundations and practical application of the principle of “zero defects” in ensuring product quality in textile enterprises. The approach to ensuring quality not only by final control, but also by preventing defects at all stages of the production process is taken as a basis. The study analyzes advanced methods for detecting and preventing defects in the processes from raw material selection to weaving, dyeing, sewing and final inspection, including the Poka-yoke system, automatic sensors, online monitoring and statistical control (SPC) methods. Practical results show the high effectiveness of this principle in improving quality, reducing waste and enhancing competitiveness. At the end of the article, specific recommendations and promising research directions for textile enterprises are given.
