As AI technologies become increasingly integrated into recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement, organisations must adopt human-centric strategies that enhance, rather than replace, human decision-making. The study aims to provide insights into the strategic and ethical integration of AI in HRM to improve organisational performance and employee well-being.
