PROBLEMS OF ENSURING PROFESSIONAL FORMATION OF DOCTORS BASED ON A REFLECTIVE APPROACH

This article examines the problems of ensuring the professional formation of doctors based on a reflective approach. Reflection is considered a key component of medical education, supporting critical thinking, ethical awareness, responsibility, and continuous professional development.
