GUARANTEES OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

This article discusses the role of human rights and freedoms in our society, their essence, and the protection and guarantees of human rights in a democratic state. The article highlights the guarantees of human rights in national legislation, constitutional law, and ongoing reforms in international law. In addition, the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan pays special attention to human rights and reforms in these areas.
