Pedagogical competence in teacher's work. Communicative skills and influence.

This article analyzes the role of pedagogical competence in the professional activity of a teacher, the content of communicative skills and the mechanisms of influence on the student's personality. It also highlights the importance of the professional maturity of the pedagogical personality, speech culture, communication ethics and methods of psychological influence in the educational process.
