MEDICINAL PROPERTIES OF THE CRATSAEGUS TURKESTANICA A.POJARK SPECIES

Flavonoid compounds present in the fruits of Turkestan hawthorn (Crataegus turkestanica A. Pojark), indigenous to the mountainous regions of Uzbekistan, were meticulously examined. Employing spectrophotometric analysis, the concentrations of rutin and hyperoside were quantified in both natural raw materials and pharmaceutical formulations. Elevated levels of flavonoids were observed in the pharmaceutical preparations. These findings substantiate the medicinal significance and distinctive composition of this species.
