Analysis of traditional methods of treating patients with infected pancreatonecrosis in the presence of diabetes mellitus
Аннотация
In this scientific thesis, the authors analyze the traditional methods of treating patients with PPI against the background of diabetes mellitus. The immediate results of treatment were assessed based on the structure and severity of postoperative complications (POC) using the classification Clavien - Dindo. Complications of I, III, IV a, and IV b degrees, as well as fatal outcomes, were recorded. The control group consisted of 62 (33%) patients with IPN against a background of diabetes mellitus, and the comparison group included 62 (33%) patients without a diabetic background. The authors conclude that with the same principles of surgical tactics, the postoperative period in patients with IPN against the background of diabetes mellitus proceeded more unfavorably with a high frequency of severe complications compared to patients without diabetes mellitus.
