Research experience in educational practices: open educational resource and non-standard technologies as the motivational potential of teacher training

Educational practices of modern teacher training, their research and improvement today are obviously in demand and integrated with all technological transformations in society and digitalization of all vital processes on the basis of inseparable interconnections of science, education and production. The aim and objectives of the research are related to the experimental development and pilot implementation of an open online resource in the training of future elementary school teachers, containing, first of all, an inclusive understanding of motivational opportunities and needs of online education. The research uses the methods of system analysis, based on the setting of tasks, interdependent structuring and analysis of materials, taking into account the interrelated objectives, content, forms and methods of teaching, and the construction of the design project. The article shows the research experience of designing and developing an online course for elementary school teachers, containing unique author’s materials related to non-standard educational technologies, which confirms its relevance. The research has shown that open educational resources for teacher training, created with the use of non-standard teaching technologies, contribute to increasing motivation and developing the quality of teacher education. The tools and technologies used in educational practices provided the opportunity to construct the online resource based on real activities and situations in the training of future elementary school teachers, which ultimately increases their motivation, effectiveness and appropriateness of the online course in the process of teacher education.
