This text highlights the role of communication culture and specific aspects of communication psychology in a teacher's activity. The article analyzes the differences between the concepts of "fact" and "pedagogical fact" and demonstrates how everyday life situations can be transformed into educational tools. Furthermore, the main conditions and ethical criteria for applying pedagogical facts in practice are described.
