PEDAGOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF DEVELOPING STUDENTS' INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM OF NEW UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the pedagogical and psychological foundations of developing students' information and communication skills in the higher education system of New Uzbekistan. The study analyses the genesis of the concept of information and communication skills, reviews the scholarly perspectives of local and foreign researchers, and identifies the structural components of the skills system.
