Oils from the fruits of Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum L.), as well as from the seeds of Blackberry (Rubus L.) and Amaranth (Amaranthaceae) have highly effective medicinal properties that are successfully used in the fields of healthcare and pharmacology. This paper presents methods for obtaining oils from seeds (fruits) of medicinal plants by extraction and cold pressing. The possibilities of using the above-mentioned oils and their combinations in various proportions in the pharmaceutical industry for skin regeneration and liver detoxification are indicated.
