Resume.This article analyzes the body mass index (BMI) indicators and dietary habits of female students at a medical college. The study involved 164 female students. According to the research results, overweight was identified in 27% of the respondents. The article analyzes the problems identified among students and outlines practical recommendations for their mitigation.
