Integrative Teaching Methodology of Fine Arts Based on The Steam Approach
Аннотация
This study investigates the integrative teaching methodology of fine arts based on the STEAM approach, which combines Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics to create a holistic learning environment. The research emphasizes how the STEAM framework can enhance students’ creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills by connecting artistic activities with scientific and mathematical concepts. Through interdisciplinary lessons, learners not only develop technical artistic skills but also cultivate analytical reasoning, collaboration, and innovation. The methodology encourages teachers to design projects where students can experiment with materials, technologies, and scientific principles while expressing their artistic ideas. Additionally, the study examines practical strategies for implementing STEAM-based fine arts education in classrooms, such as project-based learning, hands-on activities, and digital tools integration. By integrating multiple disciplines, this approach fosters cognitive, emotional, and social development, preparing students to face complex real-world challenges creatively and effectively. The findings suggest that STEAM-based fine arts education significantly improves engagement, motivation, and overall learning outcomes in students.
