Gamification in Organizing Sports Training: Enhancing Motivation and Performance Through Game-Based Approaches

This article explores the implementation of gamification strategies in sports training as a method to enhance athletes’ motivation, engagement, and overall performance. Gamification, defined as the integration of game mechanics, such as points, rewards, challenges, and leaderboards, into non-game contexts, has emerged as a promising pedagogical and psychological tool in the realm of physical education.
