LABORATORY AND DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF THROMBOCYTOPENIAS OF VARIOUS GENESIS IN ADULTS

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the etiopathogenesis, laboratory, and differential diagnosis of thrombocytopenia of various origins in elderly patients. The main mechanisms of thrombocytopenia development, modern laboratory diagnostic methods, and criteria for differential diagnosis of related conditions are discussed.
