The Effectiveness of Individualized Training in Children Engaged in Gymnastics
Аннотация
This study examines the effectiveness of individualized training programs for children engaged in gymnastics. Modern sports pedagogy emphasizes the importance of adapting training processes to individual characteristics such as physical development, psychological readiness, and motor abilities. The research aims to evaluate how individualized approaches influence performance, skill acquisition, and motivation among young gymnasts. A mixed-method approach, including pedagogical observation, testing, and comparative analysis, was used. The results indicate that individualized training significantly improves physical performance, technical skills, and engagement levels in children compared to traditional group-based training methods. The findings highlight the importance of implementing tailored training strategies in youth gymnastics to optimize development and long-term athletic success.
