Аннотация
The article shows histological features of the structure of classical and AIDS-associated and immunosuppressive forms of Kaposi’s sarcoma (SK) in 25 patients of different age and sex. Study of the histological changes and the role of intercellular relationships in the skin during the development of Kaposi’s sarcoma showed the same type of morphological changes. Pathomorphological diagnosis of SK was based on a combination of three cardinal symptoms: chaotic unfinished angiogenesis, proliferation of spindle-shaped cells with marker signs endothelial immunocell mononuclear infiltration.
