Аннотация

The following research study examines the model of transformational leadership and its impact on quality education and learning environment among specialized schools in Uzbekistan. The approach highlights the importance of visionary leadership in fostering high quality education, student performance and teacher retention. Through the integration of transformational leadership principles like idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration and inspirational motivation, the following framework can help school leaders across Uzbekistan to empower their teams, promote innovative teaching methodologies and establish a shared organizational vision. The study presents various strategies in addressing systemic barriers in education including resource allocation, socio-economic challenges and change resistance. Stakeholder engagement is prioritized, and the study proposes a collaboration between school leaders, teachers, parents, policymakers and communities to ensure sustainable development of education. The findings illustrate how transformational leadership can result in measureable improvements in student performance, institutional resilience and teacher retention.
