The Effectiveness of Time Management Technologies in Developing Students’ Independent Learning Competence

In the modern higher education system, the effective organization of students’ independent learning activities, the strategic planning of the educational process, and the rational use of time resources are considered among the important pedagogical tasks. The educational process organized on the basis of the competency-based approach requires the development of students’ abilities to acquire knowledge independently, manage their own learning activities, and demonstrate a responsible attitude toward the learning process. From this perspective, integrating time management technologies into the process of independent learning contributes to the development of students’ competencies in effectively planning their academic activities, prioritizing tasks, efficiently utilizing time resources, and conducting reflective analysis. Within the framework of this research, the pedagogical potential of organizing independent learning activities based on time management technologies, as well as its impact on the effectiveness of the educational process, was scientifically analyzed.
