Аннотация

This article explores the scientific and theoretical aspects of developing social responsibility competence in future teachers based on a differential approach. In contemporary teacher education, social responsibility is considered not only a moral quality but also an integral professional competence that determines the teacher’s readiness to act consciously, ethically and constructively in various educational, social and cultural contexts. The differential approach makes it possible to take into account students’ individual characteristics, professional motivation, value orientations, levels of pedagogical readiness and social experience. The article substantiates the need to develop social responsibility competence as a complex formation that includes cognitive, motivational-value, communicative, reflective and practical components. The research is based on analytical, comparative, pedagogical and theoretical generalization methods. The results show that the differential approach creates favorable conditions for individualized educational trajectories, purposeful pedagogical support, active involvement of future teachers in socially significant activities and the gradual formation of responsible professional behavior. The article emphasizes that the development of social responsibility competence in future teachers is directly related to the humanistic orientation of education, civic consciousness, pedagogical ethics and readiness for social partnership.
