Technology Of Improving Pedagogical Skills Of Philology Students In The Process Of Continuous Pedagogical Practice

This article discusses the importance of continuous pedagogical practice in improving the pedagogical skills of philology students. Modern education requires future language and literature teachers to possess not only theoretical knowledge but also practical competence, communicative abilities, and innovative teaching skills. Continuous pedagogical practice helps students develop professional competence, classroom management abilities, reflective thinking, and creative approaches to teaching.
