Аннотация

This article examines the experience of public-private partnership (PPP) in the innovative economy of the United States, its key mechanisms, institutional features, and its impact on the development of high-tech industries. Special attention is paid to the analysis of successful models of cooperation between the state and the private sector in the fields of science, education, digital technologies, and infrastructure. Based on the study of the American experience, promising directions for adapting PPP mechanisms to the conditions of Uzbekistan are identified, taking into account the country’s national economic priorities, institutional reforms, and strategic objectives of innovative development. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of implementing public-private partnership models within Uzbekistan’s innovation system.
