Cloud and Fuzzy Technology in Social Life: Era of Digitalization in handling large Datasets for Decision Making Process
Аннотация
The term "digital technologies" refers to a broad category of methods, instruments, and systems that gather, analyze, and send data digitally using electronic signals. Digital technology can enable data-driven decision-making and process optimization, but integrating these advancements fully into the sustainability framework remains a major problem. By offering insights into how digitalization can successfully achieve sustainability through process optimization and decision-making, this study seeks to close this gap. In order to facilitate inclusive and well-informed decision-making in contemporary social settings, this study suggests a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making (FMCDM) strategy that can be used in the digital services sector. It has been demonstrated that fuzzy logic can be used in highly skilled systems. The characteristic function is converted to the membership function in fuzzy sets, which are crisp sets. The suggested framework is better adapted to deal with experts' reluctance, subjectivity, and the ambiguity present in their viewpoints since it offers a more thorough and adaptable expression of unclear information.
