Methods of labor management
Аннотация
This thesis examines labor management as a key strategic direction in the modern economy, emphasizing its role in improving organizational efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainable development. It explores the theoretical foundations of labor management through an interdisciplinary approach, integrating economics, management, psychology, and sociology. The study highlights the growing importance of human capital in the context of digital transformation and globalization. It analyzes the main stages and methods of labor management, including administrative, economic, and socio-psychological approaches, and stresses the need for their integrated application. The thesis also compares labor management models in Uzbekistan, the United States, and Europe, identifying their strengths and limitations. Based on this analysis, practical recommendations are proposed, including the development of digital HR systems, implementation of KPI and OKR frameworks, strengthening employee motivation, and adopting Agile methodologies. The study concludes that the future of labor management lies in digitalization, AI-based systems, and global integration.
