WEB APPLICATION FOR ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT AND ARCHIVING OF SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR DOCUMENTS

In many universities, activities such as registering seminar participants, accepting documents, reviewing them, and informing about the distribution of announcements are still carried out manually. This leads to a waste of time and human resources, loss of data, and a decrease in the transparency of the process. This research work is devoted to the study of the design and development of the e-Seminar web application to solve this problem. The article first covers the research methodology, and then, based on this methodology, the steps of designing and developing the e-Seminar web application, which allows for electronic management and archiving of scientific seminar documents. The article also presents the implementation results along with an explanation of the capabilities, functional tasks, and processes of using the e-Seminar web application developed as a result of the research.
