Critically ill patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) require rapid, accurate, and systematic examination to identify life-threatening conditions and provide timely treatment. Proper assessmentmethods in reanimation and intensive care medicine include physical examination, monitoring of vital signs, laboratory diagnostics, imaging techniques, and neurological evaluation. Early detection of organ dysfunction significantly improves patient outcomes and reduces mortality.
