Differential Diagnosis of Articulatory-Phonemic Dyslalia and Erased Dysarthria in Phonetic-Phonemic Speech Underdevelopment

This article examines a pressing issue in speech therapy: the differential diagnosis of seemingly similar sound pronunciation disorders associated with phonetic-phonemic speech underdevelopment (PSU). Particular attention is paid to distinguishing between articulatory-phonemic dyslalia, which is functional in nature, and latent dysarthria, which is caused by microorganisms affecting the central nervous system. The pathogenetic mechanisms of each disorder, medical history data, neurological status, and the specifics of articulatory motor impairments and prosodic components are analyzed in detail. Diagnostic tests are presented to identify hidden neurological symptoms. The article emphasizes the importance of accurate diagnosis for developing an adequate and effective corrective educational program aimed at the successful preparation of children with speech pathology. to school education.
