Аннотация

This paper analyzes modern methods for the diagnosis and therapy of leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. Innovations in immunotherapy (CAR-T, bispecific antibodies) and nanotechnologies are reviewed, alongside AI algorithms (A2M-LEUK, CNN) providing cell recognition accuracy up to 99.97%. New treatment regimens (Pen-RMA) and promising biomarkers (ctDNA, lncRNA) for early non-invasive diagnosis of hematological malignancies are described. Particular attention is paid to minimal residual disease monitoring and the analysis of the global burden of disease, demonstrating increased survival rates against the background of technological progress. The integration of molecular genetic profiles and digital solutions is considered a key factor in the transition to personalized hematology, potentially improving clinical outcomes.
