This scientific article analyzes the integration of modern technologies in the field of athletics based on a comprehensive approach. In particular, the issues of optimizing athletes’ activities through digital monitoring systems, biomechanical analysis tools, artificial intelligence algorithms, and smart devices are covered. The study substantiates the decisive role of technologies in increasing sports results, monitoring functional status, and preventing injuries.
