Improving the Methodology of Developing Professional Competencies of Future Engineers Based on Electronic Educational Resources
Аннотация
This article explores the methodological improvement of developing professional competencies of future engineers through electronic educational resources. In the context of rapid digital transformation in higher education, engineering training requires innovative pedagogical approaches that ensure the effective integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The study analyzes the role of electronic educational resources such as multimedia materials, virtual laboratories, online learning platforms, and simulation tools in enhancing the quality of engineering education. A mixed methodological approach based on theoretical analysis, comparative study, and pedagogical observation was applied. The findings show that the use of digital educational technologies significantly improves students’ independent learning abilities, technical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Moreover, electronic resources contribute to increased motivation, collaboration, and academic performance. The study also highlights the importance of blended learning models and the need for adequate digital infrastructure and teacher training. Overall, the results confirm that electronic educational resources are an effective tool for preparing competitive and professionally competent future engineers in the modern digital era.
