Аннотация

This research evaluated how a low dose of Mumijo extract (1mg/kg) affects specific blood coagulation indices in a canine model. The study was carried out using five dogs, with multiple hemostatic markers systematically tracked at baseline, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes following the administration of the extract. The analyzed criteria spanned overall blood clotting time, plasma recalcification time, plasma tolerance to heparin, and several closely related coagulation factors. The resulting data indicate mild, steady shifts within the dogs' clotting profiles—most notably regarding total blood clotting time, plasma fibrinogen concentrations, and overall fibrinolytic activity demonstrating that Mumijo extract exerts a subtle but clear modulating influence on canine hemostasis.
