Аннотация
Postcholecystectomy syndrome is a clinically significant problem in abdominal surgery associated with impaired biliary passage after gallbladder removal. This study analyzed the results of reconstructive surgeries in 124 patients with various forms of PCHES. The causes of the syndrome, indications for surgical treatment, and the effectiveness of the methods used for biliary tract reconstruction were assessed. The data obtained confirm the high clinical effectiveness of biliary-digestive anastomoses in cases of severe organic changes in the biliary tract.
