This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the key factors influencing the efficiency of the service sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan under the conditions of the digital economy. The study examines the dynamics of labor resources, employment indicators, the development of social services, and the impact of digitalization processes on economic efficiency. The results of statistical and systemic analysis reveal that service sector efficiency is formed through a multi-factor system. In particular, the quality of labor resources, the level of financial resource utilization, the development of regional infrastructure, and the implementation of digital technologies are identified as the main determinants. The findings of the study can serve as a scientific basis for developing practical recommendations aimed at improving service sector efficiency.
